Our program requires ONLY your first month's rent for buildings $14,999 and under and your first month's rent with a minimum of 5% deposit if your building is $15,000 or more.
No Credit Check is required for our Rent-to-Own customers. Everyone is approved up to $35,000!
Early pay-off is available!
Everyone is approved and we make it easy for our customers. We offer 36, 48, 60* and 72* month terms. 60 month term requires the building to be $5,500 or more. 72* requires 10% down and purchases of $20,000 or more.
